2.- PAYMENT METHODS:

At GREAT TRIP TITIKAKA EIRL. We accept different payment methods such as: Paypal, Niubiz and Bank Transfers (Peru only), Credit and Debit cards and prepaid for the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club brands. At the moment through our reservation system the only currency is United States Dollars (USD).

3.- CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON:

  • From 15 to more days before the tour date: 15% of the total price.
  • From 7 to 14 days before the date of the tour: 25% of the total price.
  • From 2 to 6 days before the tour date: 35% of the total price.
  • 01 day before or the same day of the tour: You will be charged 100% of the total price.

Packages with Hotels included: Cancellations are:

  • From 30 to more days before the tour date: 15% of the total price.
  • From 15 to 29 days before the date of the tour: 25% of the total price.
  • From 08 to 15 days before the date of the tour: 35% of the total price.
  • From 03 to 07 days before the tour date: 50% of the total price.
  • 02 days before or the same day of the tour: 100% of the total price will be charged.

In packages where accommodation is included, in case of any availability problem, change will be made in the chosen hotels and the hotel (s) that must replace it will be of similar category and this change will be communicated with due advance notice.

The time of admission is from 11:00h. and in others from 15:00h. of the contracted day and ends at 11:00h. on the last day set for the departure, in case of arriving before 3:00 pm it is possible that your room will not be granted at that moment. If you need to extend your stay after the departure time, you must notify the reception and request the additional stay directly with the hotel. (The check-in depends on the reservation policy of each Hotel, it can be from 11:00h. until 15:00h.

If the reserved activity is as automatic, the buyer will receive, once the purchase is made, an email with an attached voucher confirming his reservation. If the reservation of the activity is specified as subject to confirmation, after confirming the data of payment by PayPal or Link of payment Online of card VISA, the charge to the credit card of the buyer will be suspended, and it will not be done until the greattriptitikaka.com team confirms availability by the respective operator. Once confirmed, the charge will be charged to the credit card and the voucher will be sent to the buyer’s email, confirming the reservation. If there is no availability, the reservation will be canceled and no charge will be made on the buyer’s credit card. If all the services you have booked have automatic confirmation, you will receive an “Confirmed itinerary” email. The main passenger of the reservation must arrive at the destination where the activity will be carried out with the voucher confirming their reservation, which can be presented in digital format on their mobile phone. Along with this, if there is a balance to be paid, you must pay the corresponding amount directly to the operator through the means of payment that the latter defines as accepted.

In case of weather issues or natural disasters the tour will be suspended for a next date, or the itinerary will be changed, in order that the passenger does not run risks.

The excursion to Ballestas Islands is subject to availability due to red tide and / or climatic changes that do not allow entry into the sea. If this happens, the excursion to the Paracas National Reserve (Terrestrial) is made.

The company is not responsible for accidents caused by recklessness of the passenger in extreme sports.
