TREKKING: PUNO – COLCA CANYON – AREQUIPA (3D/2N) GROUP SERVICE

Great Trip: 06:00h Pick up from your Hotel with turistic bus and transfer to Chivay, on the way we will make 03 guided tourist stops such as Lagunillas, Pampa Cañahuas and the Mirador de los Volcanes, we will also appreciate the beauty of the landscape.

FIRST DAY: At 06:00h., pick up from your hotel and transfer, visiting different places along the way, and arrival at the chosen hotel.

SECOND DAY: From 06:40h. to 07:00h., pick up from your hotel, then head to the CRUZ DEL CONDOR. Afterward, we will start our trek to the canyon, descending to the town of San Juan de Chuccho, until reaching the adobe bungalows.

THIRD DAY: At 05:00h., we will start our hike to climb to Cabanaconde and have breakfast. Then, we will take the bus to Chivay with guided stops, and later, we will visit LAS CALERAS OR HOT SPRINGS AND MEDICINAL BATHS. Arrival in Chivay and subsequently depart to the City of Arequipa and transfer to hotels in the center.

ITINERARY:

FIRST DAY

06:00h. Pick up from your hotel and transfer to Chivay, making 03 guided tourist stops along the way, such as Lagunillas, Pampa Cañahuas, and the Mirador de los Volcanes. We will also appreciate the beauty of the landscape. Arrival in Chivay and transfer to your chosen hotel.

SECOND DAY

From 06:40h. to 07:00h. Pick up from your hotel and then head directly to the Cruz del Cóndor, where we appreciate the majestic flight of the condors. We then reach the town of Cabanaconde located at 3287 meters above sea level. We prepare to start the walk to the canyon through Pampa San Miguel, where we can see part of the route of our walk.

We begin the descent to the town of San Juan de Chuccho, where we have our lunch, and then continue with the walk of approximately 4 hours to the Colca River, cross a suspension bridge, have free time in the afternoon, and in the evening, we have dinner and accommodation in the place. (Stay in adobe bungalow).

THIRD DAY

05:00h. We get up to start our walk to climb to the town of Cabanaconde, which will be approximately 3 hours. Here, we have breakfast.

On the route to Cabanaconde, you can appreciate the landscape of the Colca Canyon. Next, we will take the bus to the town of Chivay with guided stops, and then we will visit LAS CALERAS OR HOT SPRINGS AND MEDICINAL BATHS.

In an estimated time, we return to Chivay. There is free time for lunch, and at the agreed time with the group, we will take a rest break before leaving for the city of Puno. On the way, we have the possibility of visiting the Mirador de los Andes (4910 m) and the Salinas y Aguada Blanca National Reserve. Arrival in Arequipa and transfer to your hotel.
