GREAT TRIP WORLD makes this website available, through which the user can reserve the Tourist Services.

The User declares that he understands and accepts these terms and conditions, which define the rights and obligations of Great Trip World and the User for contracting the services, unless previously agreed in writing between Great Trip World and the User.

2.- PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE:

Great Trip World has developed the website to offer Users Tourist Services, which are provided by our partners or collaborators in each destination. The User, at the time he formalizes the reservation, will establish a direct contractual relationship with the operator with whom he has reserved the activity or transfer. Great Trip World will act as a mere intermediary between the User and the Operator, limiting itself to transmitting the relevant reservation data to the Operator and sending the User a reservation confirmation email on behalf of the Operator. The user declares that, since Great Trip World is a mere intermediary between the company(ies) that provide the different services offered on the Website, Great Trip World does not have any subsequent responsibility other than those of an intermediary, not Great Trip World can be understood as a provider under no circumstances.

3.- FORMALIZATION OF RESERVATION OF SERVICES:

It is the sole responsibility of the User to correctly select the service to reserve, as well as the correct date, time and number of passengers, with no possibility of refund or rescheduling in case of mistake.

All Reservations are subject to confirmation once payment has been made online. A response will be made within a period of up to 48 hours in the case of Services lasting up to one day, and within a period of up to 7 days in the case of Services lasting more than one day, according to availability of places for the participants. Reserved services, the minimum number of registered passengers and the expected weather conditions, among other reasons that affect the management of each Reservation. For Reservations made less than 48 hours in advance, the confirmation is sent until the day before the requested date. In the event that a Service cannot be confirmed for a requested date and/or time, the closest available dates and/or times will be offered as alternatives, or a full refund of payment in the event that the User does not want the alternatives offered.

4.- SERVICE APPLICATION:

The application of the services exclusively on the dates, times and places indicated in the Reservation confirmation email, with no possibility of refund or rescheduling in case of no-show or non-use of the services, even if it was due to a reason. health or force majeure.

Considering that Great Trip World does not make refunds or rescheduling for non-use of services due to health reasons or force majeure, it is always recommended to travel with travel insurance that covers cancellations in these cases.

5.- CANCELLATION CHARGES, RESCHEDULES AND CHANGES:

CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER:Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed to the following email:reservas@greattriptitikaka.com, and/or WhatsApp: +51 982949867 / 951753244, by the User who made the reservation, exclusively.

The possibility of cancellation at no cost will always be subject to the Service’s cancellation policies, while the possibility of rescheduling will always be subject to the Service’s rescheduling policies as well as availability on the new requested date. All reservations made less in advance than the period indicated in the service cancellation policy have no possibility of cancellation without cost or rescheduling.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE LOCAL OPERATOR: Our local collaborator may make modifications to the excursions, due to weather conditions, time of arrival or departure, or for any other relevant reason, which will guarantee the best development of the trip in coordination with the passengers. In case of weather issues or natural disasters, the tour will be suspended for a future date, or the itinerary will be changed, so that the passenger does not run risks.

The excursion to the Ballestas Islands is subject to availability due to red tide and/or weather changes that do not allow entry to the sea. If this happens, the excursion to the Paracas National Reserve (Land) is carried out.

The company is not responsible for accidents caused by the passenger’s recklessness in extreme sports.

6.- RETURNS:

Great Trip World will carry out the corresponding procedures for the refund, it could take a few additional days depending on the procedure of the Payment processor and the Bank issuing the card. Refunds will always be processed in the currency in which the payment was made, and the exchange rate will be the one used at the time of booking and payment.

In the event that it is not possible to make a refund to a credit and/or debit card, either due to the age of the transaction, because it is a debit card issued in countries other than those indicated above or for any other reason, Refunds will be made by sending payment in United States Dollar (USD) to a PayPal account. In the event that the amount to be refunded through PayPal is in a currency other than the United States dollar (USD), the exchange rate of the day will be used to convert the amount to USD and make the equivalent shipment.
