ITINERARY:
13:45h. – 14:10h. Pick up from your hotel, then transfer to the CHULLPAS of SILLUSTANI. The journey is surrounded by a landscape of stunning beauty, summarized in the serene waters of Lake Umayo. The archaeological complex stands out for its gigantic "chullpas" (stone towers), built by the Collas and Incas to bury their dead. Many of them exceed 12 meters in height and have a greater diameter at the top than at the base. A challenge to the laws of gravity and balance.

Great experience overall
It is a great experience recommended to everyone who likes hiking. The guide also was amazing. However the organization did not work as planned:
– the pick up forgot about us and we were then re-directed to a different tour until meeting the right one at the starting trekking point. In the second day the re-route to Puno worked perfectly instead.
– the payment is not transparent, the 70% to be paid after the tour is only in Soles Cash and with a not realistic change.
