ITINERARY:
FIRST DAY: UYUNI - TRAIN CEMETERY - FISH ISLAND - SAN JUAN
10:15h. We leave from Uyuni in a group of 06 people, Our first stop at the train cemetery in which we will visit very old locomotives from the coal era, then the town of Colchani where salt is processed by hand and the salt museum, Continuing with our trip we will observe the piles of salt, salt eyes, Playa Blanca, Salt Hotel, Incahuasi Island or Fish Island, lunch, then we go to our lodging with private bathroom in the town of COQUESA,
which is located at the foot of the Tunupa Volcano.
SECOND DAY: SAN JUAN - LAGUNA COLORADA - SALAR DE CHIGUANA - OLLAGUE VOLCANO
At 07:00h. after breakfast we will hike to the Tunupa Volcano that has spectacular views, we can also visit a cemetery where we can see Inca and pre-Inca mummies then we are returning to the town of Coquesa, lunch and then return to Uyuni approx. at 5:15 p.m.
NOTE: If you want to climb to the top of the Volcano (5,435 meters above sea level) you must leave earlier, it will take you approximately 4 hours of ascent and 2 hours of descent.
